Kola Cell

This mission (in my opinion) is a little harder than previous missions because the stretches in between save points are so long. Because of that, this mission can get very frustrating. Just stick with it and you'll be fine.

Start out by putting on your NVG and heading through the opening in the corner. When you get to the next room, walk up slowly behind the guard, grab him, bring him to where you were a second ago (in the darkness), knock him out, and grab his satchel for a data stick. Walk through the next room and put on either one of your goggles. Jump over the laser beam in the corridor.

Ignore the retinal scanner for now and enter the door at the far end. (If you set off the previous laser, you'll need to slide open the vent shaft and crawl through the air duct). Use the computer to get a data stick and open up another door. If you crawled through the air duct, you need to get up on the ledge, jump over the first laser, go to the ground to go around the second set, and time your movements to crouch under the third set of lasers to get to the computer. After using it, go the corner and through the door that was unlocked. Lock pick the next door and hit the light switches on each side of it for the two rooms.

A guard will come to investigate when you hit the switch. Wait for him in the corner and get a headshot to kill him. Snipe the second guard in this corridor. Look in the room off of the center of the hallway for a medkit. Don't forget to hide the bodies you just killed in this room. When you're ready, go to the stairs in the corner. Get in the darkness in the middle of the stairs and wait for the guard to show up. Kill him when you see him. Hide his body and climb over the boxes. Get up against the wall and follow it to the other side to get some much obliged ammo. Go back to the other side and open the door.

There's two guards in the next room. One of them is stationary and another will patrol the room. Stay in the darkness behind the door and kill the first guard as he passes. The second will come for you, but you can make quick work
of him. Hide the bodies on the other side of the lockers and head through the next door. In this hallway, there's an armored camera. I'm pretty sure that there's no effect if you set off an alarm, but you should use the camera jammer just in case. After you get into the next room, open the vent shaft in the corner and follow it to the end. Climb the pipe and fall off at the top. You should grab the ledge. Pull yourself up and drop down into the room. There's two computers in this room. Use the left one to get a data stick, and use the right one to reach a much-needed save point.

The next part will probably take you a few tries, so don't give up. Go to the corner on the left and put your night vision goggles on. All the lights will go out, and the guards have NVG's too. Kill the guards that come in the room.
This can get frustrating, but just stick with it. I also tried jumping back up to the vent shaft, but they spot you as soon as you try to aim at one of them pretty much, so the best strategy is pretty much to wing it. Luckily, this is the first part of this part of the level. What makes it even more frustrating is that the frickin text box takes up half the screen! Anyways, once they're down, you can relax a bit. Grab the wall mine from one of the satchels, and head up the hallway. Don't worry about the camera in the hall. However, there's a new wall mine planted in the hall, so walk up slowly to it and disarm it when the light's green. Go back through the rooms until you see a cutscene.

After the scene, snipe the guard who's coming down the stairs. The colonel will come to investigate, but don't kill him, just let him investigate until he returns to his post. Once he does, grab one of the bottles and go to the dark section of the stairs. When the colonel is on the other side of the hall, throw the bottle at the wall in front of you. When he comes to investigate, sneak up on him and grab him, but D0N'T knock him out. Travel with him through the previous rooms until you reach the laser room. There's no lasers this time, but there's two guards. When the first one turns away and walks away from you (you can tell because his flashilight will disappear), walk by him and stop in the middle. Wait for the next guard to turn away and shoot him while still holding the colonel. If you get a headshot, you won't have to
worry, but if you don't, the other guard will come, so take him out too. Once they're down, go through the previous door again, and force the colonel to use the retinal scanner. Once inside, knock him out, climb the ladder, and save your game.

Time for the final section. Grab the frag grenade from the shelf and open the double doors. After the brief cutscene, enter the room. At this point, you should have two wall mines. Plant one on each side of the door. Sneak along the left side of the balcony and snipe the lone guard patrolling. Once he's down, hop down and grab the two wall mines and check the computer against the cabinets for a data stick. Go to the corner and grab the character who's trying to hide". Bring him to the computer and use it. After that, knock him out. If you set the wall mines earlier, they should get the soldiers who come into the room. If not, you're in for a tough battle. After the soldiers are down, kill Phil if he's not already dead to receive your new objective to reach extraction. Go into the previous room and climb back down the ladder. After the door opens, toss your frag grenade towards the moving cloth to take out two guards. If you don't get them, take them out with your SC-20K. Once they're down, head back to where you started the mission and open the vent shaft in the corner. Mission complete.
